Preheat your oven to 350°F. Remove the brisket from packaging, place it in a baking dish, and add 1/4 cup of veggie broth to keep it moist. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Place the brisket in the slow cooker, set to medium, and add 1/4 cup of veggie broth. Cook for 1.5 hours, then serve.
